To ensure a positive guest experience, we require bartending and DJ service from our approved vendor list. A professional day-of coordinator is required.

Our namesake bridge over the water spans the west pond and connects the Pool Deck to the Helipad. Great for first look, grand entrance and amazing portraits this picturesque feature is unlike any other site!
This pond side, paved space is the first area we completed and is the ideal location for dancing the night away! Paved surface, clear covered dance area with twinkle lights, market lights and filled with cafe tables, the pool deck is great for dancing, lawn games, photobooths, and dessert. The pool deck has direct access to both the Swanky Suite and the Shack.
The amphitheater has white crushed marble down the center steps, access to the benches from both sides and the middle, a level turf walking surface under the benches, and seating for 240+ people! Most brides will opt for their ceremonial approach from across the pond!
The Putting Green is the permanent location for our wedding tent. The putting green overlooks the amphitheater, has a cobblestone paver floor and is the location for your reception. Caterers love dinner under the tent because after you excuse your guests for dancing, the tent area can be cleaned without having to bus tables around your guests!. We have tented capacity for 150 guests for dinner, ceremony, and reception.
The fire pit is a wonderful space for a s'mores bar or just to socialize around the fire. Seating for up to 35 people, the fire pit overlooks the west pond and is a great place to watch the dancing. Propane is included in your rental!
Our take on an upscale tiki bar, this 10'x8' bar is located on the helipad. Featuring a hand-washing sink, 2 keg coolers, jockey box, 2 taps, chest freezer for ice storage, refrigerator, great lighting and lots of counter space.
This is the space between the pool deck and the amphitheater. The permanent bar with a 2-tap system and lots of space for up to 3 bartenders to work comfortably along with wine barrels and market umbrellas make this a great place for cocktails and appetizers!
When you get married at the amphitheater, the arbor is available for you to decorate to your liking! If you want to drape the arbor, the exterior dimensions 7.5' tall and 9' wide between the uprights.
Set in the conifer garden, our giant chess set gets played every night. Enjoyed by both young and old, its one more feature to engage your guests and ensure everyone is having a great time.
A unique feature of Gray Bridge is our path around the east pond. The photo ops are amazing as the path is picturesque and always shaded by tall cedar and fir trees. The approach to your ceremony is an option taken by most our brides and it makes for a stunning entrance to your ceremony.
Our ADA restroom trailer provides an accessible ramp, grab bars, wheelchair space, a diaper-changing station, heat and A/C. Your facilities coordinator will keep it clean and stocked throughout your event!

Your guests will arrive to your event through the welcome arbor. Signs that say "Welcome to our Best Day Ever" greet your guests upon arrival and "Happily Ever After" guides their exit. Decorate or enjoy it as it is. Eleven arches, 9'9" wide and 9'2" tall.
Your caterer will love our 15'x15' tented deck with screens and access ramp. 30 linear feet of stainless steel countertop, commercial refrigerator; ceiling fan and lights, power and hot and cold potable water. There is space adjacent to the scullery to grill onsite, park, and a power drop to skip using a generator.

The lights on the fountain come on at dusk and makes a gorgeous backdrop to your ceremony. We can also turn off the fountain if reflections on the water are in your photography plans.
This spring-fed fountain provides continuous fresh water to the pond which in turn feeds the east pond. Solely using head-pressure from the natural spring on the hillside, this fountain's cold, fresh water limits mosquitos and supports huge trout! Gray Bridge is unique in the Seattle and Snohomish County areas for having private large bodies of water.
This classic fountain is at the welcome arch and provides a gentle trickling water sound. Guest often stop and take their first of many selfies in front of this fountain.
Come to Gray Bridge the week of your wedding for your exclusive rehearsal time. Many couples use the morning of their wedding for rehearsal but you are welcome to schedule time the week of your wedding!
A shed is available exclusive to each wedding day of the week. You may use the shed for deliveries scheduled during the week to save on weekend delivery fees. And, drop off decor to your shed during your rehearsal.
We staff your day with one or two facilities coordinators who will work with your vendors to make sure everything is running smoothly.
We raise Norwegian fjord horses and have sheep, ducks, and chickens on the farm. The animals make a great backdrop for photos!
Parking for 75 vehicles. Your facilities coordinator will help your guests park in the most efficient manner.

The tent is set-up on the putting green and is a great location for your reception or poor weather events. We can close the drapes the day of your event if the weather dictates. Our included tent can hold up to 150 people for your reception--no need to rent extra tents!
Gorgeous wood tables seat 8 comfortably and are wide to hold lots of decor. The farm tables reside under the tent.
Seating for your reception, these sophisticated chairs look great with any color, can support 1000 pounds, and add elegance to every event.
Rounds tables seat 6-10 and use a 120" round linen. These tables work great alongside the farmtables to provide a burst of color and formality.
Use this behind or in front of your sweetheart table; decorate it and put it over your cake; or get married under it during a rain event. Resides in the tent. 7' tall and 7' wide.
The main tent is decorated with five giant (3'+) chandeliers!
Plum velvet settee for two is often used for a photobooth area on the pool deck.

Our old, blue boat is a great photo prop! It's not sea-worthy (pond worthy?) for people so we moved it to the helipad where it has become a amazing appetizer and dessert table.
High-Chair for Child/Baby/Toddler. This chair is intended for children able to sit up unaided and up to 3 year old or a maximum weight of 33 lbs. Assign a seat at the table for this chair-it takes up the space of a standard cross-back chair. 3 available.
Booster seat for littles ages 3+. 3 available.
Adjacent to our firepit, our s'mores cart is always popular! We include an assortment of serving pieces--all you need to do is provide the consumables (sticks and food). If you aren't having s'mores, the cart makes a great gift table!
One more thing you don't have to worry about. We do the s'mores set-up and restocking for you!
Buffet tables, head table, guest book, appetizer stations, photo booth props. You decide where they go and we will place them for you. We provide black linens for all these table sizes. These tables are in addition to our farmhouse and round tables that reside in the tent.
We have over 100+matching clear umbrellas that we will set out around the venue if the weather is looking wet. Matching umbrellas look great in photos and won't obstruct anyone's view!
A great place for self-serve, non-alcoholic beverages to stay cool or add dry ice and ice cream bars for a fun dessert option. 2 carts available
Gray Bridge provides 2 Keurig coffee makers, sugar, cream, stir sticks and three 3 gallon water dispensers for your use. We provide the K-cups for coffee, decaf, cocoa, hot cider, and tea and paper cups. Your water stations will be set up in the bar, tent, and dance floor and coffee in the bar and dance floor.
Set-up on the helipad, this area is great for cocktail hour!
10 of the barrels have holes for market umbrellas. Let us know if you would like any other moved from the helipad for the start of your event and we will take care of it!
Eight cafe tables and 16 chairs define the edges of the covered dance floor on the pool deck. We provide black stretchy skirts or you can drape as you choose. This adds a comfortable, sophisticated feel to the dance floor.
576' of market light line the main tents and look great in photographs! Market lights are also draped over the pool deck to create a lighted roof effect that is magical!
The arch is a selfie-magnet. Great as a photobooth backdrop, you can decorate the arch for your event and power drops are adjacent. Wooden base is 8' across.
We call them your "utility linens". We supply your black linens for the cocktail tables, the water stations at the pool deck and reception tent, the buffet tables and the DJ table.
You are welcome to use to make your linens perfect!
Patio heaters to warm up the dance floor and reception tent. Three heaters on the dance floor and four in the tent, we set them out as needed. We supply the propane as part of your rental.
A barbecue with included propane is located on the deck of the Stag Shack. As half the wedding party is buffing and puffing in the Swanky Suite, the users of the Shack can be grilling lunch! Not everyone uses the barbecue but when it fits into your day it is a great feature!
Has and HDMI and USB inputs. Sets up in the cocktail area for slide shows.
We are always adding amenities and sharing them with our couples. Many of our couples share pieces of their decor with future couples of Gray Bridge; if you would like to donate something to our closet, please ask us if it is something we would like to add. As a borrowed "closet", occasionally items get misplaced or damaged. We and all our couples endeavor to keep items in usable, available condition but if an item is critical to your decor, we suggest you secure it elsewhere.
