We use Aisle Planner as our client portal. It has some amazing features--like table layouts and seat assignments, you can make a wedding website, and plan your whole wedding through AP!

We hope planning your big day is fun. At Gray Bridge, we are here to help you. As your facilities coordinators, we will be doing your initial furniture set-up, staff the parking lot as your guests arrive, keep the bathrooms clean, set-up and service your coffee and water stations, keep the trash can liners changed, assist your vendors, put away your furniture and deep clean after your event, and generally being around all day to make sure Gray Bridge is functioning as expected.
To do this well, we need your help. Aisle Planner that will help you and us plan your wedding! Please complete the checklists and associated forms to the best of your ability. You have a planning checklist, a timeline creator, a layout creator, and as you get closer to your wedding day we will want you to schedule your walk-through and complete and your Something Borrowed shopping cart.
The items in the Something Borrowed Closet are shown on the What's Included page of the website also. If an item is broken or was accidentally taken home by another couple and we haven’t gotten it back yet, we will let you know as soon as possible. Some items may be in use already at your wedding (such as if you have a s’mores bar). We do our best to keep items working and the list current, but the nature of hosting events and the reality of battery-operated items and fragile things means it isn’t always possible. On the day of your event, if you discover you want something else or you don't need something, let us know! We usually can pull things if needed.

Gray Bridge Event Venue, LLC
We typically work every weekend with either weddings or tours. We try to get back to you within 24 hours but sometimes our schedule prevents us from responding immediately. Our "weekends" are Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please be patient if we don't respond on those days; we are spending time with our family and friends or catching up on our sleep!
Schedule your venue walk-through. This is ideally done about 45-days before your wedding. We can do it at the venue or via Facetime/phone call.
Schedule your rehearsal here. Rehearsals are typically held on the Thursday before your wedding.
