The Seattle area is home to so many amazing special wedding entertainment vendors like a photo booth, caricature artist, ice cream cart or others can help set the tone for the evening and get guests in the party mood. You’ll want to hire someone with experience working weddings and who knows how to work for a crowd while maintaining a timeline. There's nothing like a fun game of cornhole or bags to keep your guests entertained. If you want something a little more competitive, try giant Jenga, chess, or Connect-Four — all classic games that everyone will love playing. The fun part about these giant games is that everyone gets to watch as each move is made and join in on the fun! The best part is you don’t have to worry about setting up or packing away these included games when you book with Gray Bridge, making for one less detail to worry about. 

The fire pit is a beautiful space for a s'mores bar or just to socialize around the fire. It’s also a great place for older adults who might not be able to make it out on the dance floor, but still want to have fun. The Gray Bridge Firepit has one of the best views of the pool deck dance floor with the spring-fed fountain on the west pond in between, making for lovely photos and keeping everyone together and participating through your entire event.  Our firepit is propane meeting the definition of a barbeque and can always be used even if Seattle air-quality is poor.

The cocktail hour is not just a time when guests get drinks and socialize before dinner; it is also a chance for them to catch up with each other and for you to meet and greet friends and family members who haven't seen each other in years. Signature cocktails can be as simple as your favorite champagne or personal favorites of yours that add an added personal touch to the festivities. 

Our helipad cocktail area has plenty of space with wine barrels and market umbrellas to stay shaded or dry while guests break the ice over their signature cocktails from our Chic-y bar.

Some couples opt for a DJ or live band, but there are other options for wedding entertainment. Live music is a great way to add energy and ambiance as guests observe and enjoy the hard work and details you put into planning your day. To ensure a positive guest experience, we require a DJ from our approved vendor list (Read our blog on picking a great DJ), however, if you want to elevate your wedding experience, consider hiring a string quartet or pianist also! After the band is done playing, the DJ will be ready with background music as well as special songs with a wide range of genres to play until it’s time for your big send-off at the end of the night.
