 We set our bar high--we want to be the best outdoor venue in Washington State and we continuously make improvements to keep this distinction.  We started with a fantastic palette--two private, clear spring-fed ponds flanked by a forested hillside all part of our 16 acre property.  We then invested with a successful build-it-and-they-will-come philosophy.  We continuously make improvements to enhance the  experience--both for our couples and for their guests and vendors.  We strive to create a space that is a joy to be in, is easy to work at, and is a feast for the eyes.

The success of your vendors is key to how seamlessly your wedding day will unfold.  We designed Gray Bridge to enhance your vendor's successes.  From day one, we consulted with professionals in every industry to create spaces and amenities that work well for vendors so they can work well for you.   From creating separate dinner and dancing spaces so you vendors can service each area before and after you occupy them, to building paths for great photo opportunities, and putting a fan and memory foam floor mat in the bar so your bartender remains comfortable, we take care of your vendors so they can take care of you!

We believe that what may be the most important day of your life so far deserves our commitment to you.  Whether its as simple as responding promptly to your emailed questions, filling water glasses before the reception when the catering staff's car breaks down and they are late, donating s'mores supplies when you forgot them at your hotel, or moving the flowers from the ceremony aisle to the reception tables when the staff you hired said it "wasn't their job", if we can help, we will.  We anticipate you and your guests needs and do what needs to be done to help you have your dream day and our venue reviews reflect this.
