When we started the wedding venue, we quickly learned that the industry standard for marketing the cost of a wedding venue is to present a teaser rate with a whole bunch of costly add-ons. That is not our style. We believe in a hospitality-based model focused on transparency and ease of use. All of the amenities, decor, and services available at Gray Bridge are included in your flat rental fee. We don't have extra charges, fees, or add-ons. Everything we provide is included to all of our couples.
We do this because we want to make your wedding day easier and your guest's experience exceptional.
Here are a few cost-saving services we provide:
--storage sheds Each day's wedding has a private shed so you can schedule rental deliveries during the week and save on late-night, weekend delivery fees.
--water and coffee service You wouldn't know to ask your caterer if they will be staying until 11pm with coffee and water service for the last-to-leave guests and vendors. We provide coffee and water the entire event so everyone is taken care of the entire time.
--propane and batteries We provide the propane for your fire pit, patio heaters, and barbeque and the batteries for all our decor that requires them.
